Liz Hurley Ribbon Run

We are excited to participate in this year’s Liz Hurley Ribbon Run for Breast Cancer Awareness on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 8:30–10:30am. This annual event raises funds and awareness for breast cancer research and treatment right here in our community—and we would love for you to join us!

Team registration is open to friends and family as well!

  • Race Fee: $35.00 (+ $3.10 sign-up fee)
  • Late Registration: $50.00 after Oct. 11, 2025 at 11:59pm CDT
  • Final Sign-up Deadline: Oct. 14, 2025

Registration includes official Liz Hurley Ribbon Run T-Shirt and Race information packet.

Packet Pickup

  • Teams of 7 or more: Team captain will pick up all packets at Huntsville Hospital Foundation on Oct. 13–14.
  • * Individual runners: Pick up your shirt & bib at Huntsville Fleet Feet Sports on Oct. 17–18.

    We will update closer to the event on pickup details … Let’s try and get 7 (or more!) so we can pick up as a team.

    Race Day Details

    Meet at Helion Lodge #1 at 7:30am to park and walk together to the race start. Expect plenty of traffic and blocked roads. We will do our best to keep you informed!

    The 5k (3.1 miles) route passes right by the Lodge at Lincoln St. & Williams St.—a perfect spot for friends and supporters to cheer us on!

    Walking is encouraged—this is about participation, not speed. Feel free to go as far as your “cabletow” allows.

    Ways to Support

    Join the team and walk/run with us.

    Donate toward our team’s $500 fundraising goal (sign-up fees don’t count toward the goal). A donation link can be found on our team page above.

    Not walking? Come set up on the Lodge lawn, bring a chair or blanket, and cheer for our team and all participants. We would love to see you (and some of us need the encouragement 😂)

    Helion Team Shirts

    We’re designing Helion Lodge team t-shirts (about $20 each). If you’d like one—whether you’re walking, running, or cheering—please let Trey Perry or Travis Michaelis know your size by Oct 4th. Final cost will depend on number of shirts made, and we will update you when we get a headcount!

    Community Presence

    This is not only a chance to support an important cause but also an opportunity to connect with our community. We encourage brothers to carry a few Lodge pamphlets or business cards to share with anyone interested in learning more about who we are.
